I create a sacred space for you to listen for and discern the movements of the Divine in your life. Together, we engage practices such as silence, centering prayer, scripture, and reflection to deepen your awareness and support your discernment. As a spiritual companion, marketplace leader, and theologian, I believe the spiritual journey forms us to become more fully ourselves as we become more like Love.

I've been loved into being by Black church mothers and aunties, though I believe that the Creator of the universe cannot be contained by church walls or ancient texts. I guide women of color in connecting with a God who wants to be as close as our breath and who wants to dwell within us, making a home in our bodies. I support people in trusting their own deep knowing that comes from a relationship with Spirit and the ancestors. Because I believe God wants to be in relationship with the truest version of ourselves and to reveal the beauty of that most authentic self to us through contemplation and deep listening.

I am a spiritual director, writer, and facilitator accompanying those who long for a more expansive integration of faith, justice, and identities. My great-grandfather was a herbal medicine practitioner in Cambodia who spent his life healing others through plant medicine. Rooted in my ancestral lineage as the descendant of healers, I support others in developing a more embodied faith that is connected to their ancestral lineage and is centered in collective liberation and care.

I love walking alongside others spiritually, especially in times of transition, loss, grief, and discernment, as well as those navigating layered identities, cross-cultural experiences, complex family systems like adoption (as an adoptee myself), infertility and women's health, and parenting in challenging seasons. Together, we’ll rest in the nourishing, spacious presence of the Divine, noticing the invitations and exploring through spiritual practices like guided meditation, breathwork, mindful art, body movement, and prayerful silence. I’ve served as an interfaith chaplain in hospital and hospice settings, am currently a social work student, and love to dance, especially with my kids!

As a mystic with a dynamic and constantly explorative spirituality, my practice involves moving with, sensing, and listening for where the Spirit (the “What is this?!”) is active and responding authentically with our whole selves. I value sifting, integrating, and expanding the ways in which our upbringings have packaged our understanding of spirit, ourselves, and our sense of what is and can be real. All of my work is personal and collective, formal and informal, mystic-positive, and oriented toward liberation.
