I am a spiritual director, writer, and facilitator accompanying those who long for a more expansive integration of faith, justice, and identities. My great-grandfather was a herbal medicine practitioner in Cambodia who spent his life healing others through plant medicine. Rooted in my ancestral lineage as the descendant of healers, I support others in developing a more embodied faith that is connected to their ancestral lineage and is centered in collective liberation and care.

As a Filipinx American author, editor, and activist devoted to the liberation of the global majority, I integrate counseling psychology, theology, and literature to decolonize the spiritual and political conscience. In both individual and group facilitation work, I listen with and for the deepest question emerging from the sacred fabric of another's life.

Hi -- I'm a third-gen Japanese American (JA) mom, writer, grief & loss educator/coach (mother loss specialty), and spiritual practitioner. I serve as a Deaconess in an immigrant-founded progressive, justice-oriented, and affirming United Methodist Church and also volunteer with the Asian Pacific Islander Rainbow Coalition advocating for and with the API- LGBTQiA+ community in Southern California. I am an ordained Animal Chaplain blessed to work with animals and the people who love them, especially with grief & loss. I'm a graduate of the Claremont School of Theology and, as a bonus to my Liberated Together studies, I am a co-trainer in Compassion-Based Spiritual Direction with the Center for Engaged Compassion.

I delight in being a spiritual companion who walks alongside Women of Color, Queer WOC, and trans and non-binary folks of color on their journey of connecting with the sacred within and around us.
I believe in the power of:
-telling our stories and speaking truth to power
-art as a spiritual practice
-rituals to ground us
-reclaiming our ancestral roots

I create a sacred space for you to listen for and discern the movements of the Divine in your life. Together, we engage practices such as silence, centering prayer, scripture, and reflection to deepen your awareness and support your discernment. As a spiritual companion, marketplace leader, and theologian, I believe the spiritual journey forms us to become more fully ourselves as we become more like Love.
